When booking a Cook Date, choose four entrees, from a changing weekly menu. Pick your day and time. Then we go shopping, using your culinary preferences to guide us.

  1. Pork Chop with Pear Chutney
    Serving Size = 5 oz Chop
    Tender and lean center cut boneless chops simply seasoned and prepared sous vide style to your favorite doneness. Seared in a cast iron pan and served with pear chutney. Serves 2
  2. Shepherd's Cap
    Serving Size = 1-2 Caps
    Vegetarians' take on the classic shepherd's pie. Portabella mushroom is topped with hearty whipped potatoes, wild rice, garlic, cheddar cheese, herbs. Serves 3
  3. Scalloped Ham and Potatoes
    Serving Size = 8 fl.oz
    A hearty and tasty casserole of ham, potatoes, onions, cheese, and cream. Serves 4
  4. Marinated Flank Steak
    Serving Size = 4 oz
    Marinated in a homemade A-1 sauce (oil, garlic, raisin puree, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and balsamic vinegar) and prepared sous vide style to your favorite doneness. Seared and sliced thinly. Serves 3
